Goals and strategies for the Outreach Committee.

1.        Recruit individual and organizational members to SPCGA.

2.       Retain individual and organizational members in SPCGA.

a.       Respect and involve all members in the work of the organization

b.      Involve members actively in committee work

c.       Have a speaker at each meeting that will present about their individual or organization work so we will educate ourselves

3.       Provide speakers, information and resources about suicide prevention

a.       Speakers Bureau for general information about suicide prevention

                                                               i.      Develop short presentations for general audiences

                                                             ii.      Develop handouts

b.      Provide booths in community fairs, walks, runs, etc. with general information about suicide prevention
