Management - Developing and maintaining materials to include but not
limited to membership package, updated statistical sheets, membership
directory, SPCG brochure, and others as determined.
Create a list of materials that we need to develop or keep on hand.
Assist other committees in their material requests.

Management - Establish and Maintain an internet presence for SPCGeorgia.
To stay clear with the goals of the site and not duplicate
information with other sites, but to create links to those sites.
The site will present detailed information about the organization and
offer online sign up. The
committee will develop a flow chart of information to continue to build the
site.
Creating
the Annual Priorities - Working with the executive committee, and input from
the group as a whole, the G/R committee will develop the annual priorities
to include the priorities for advocacy for the year ahead.
Identify resource contacts - Begin a database of individuals who can
give expert information on a variety of subjects.
Develop a survey to collect data and sign individuals up as willing
members of this list.
